Our way is to prevent quality issues from occurring. Inspection alone only finds half of your problems in the field. Although we conduct strict AQL inspections, our goal is to design better quality products from start.

First, our engineers review the design of the product. If the design is not good and unfixable – or if the design is good, but the key components are not at our minimum agreed level of quality – then we will not buy the product, period.

Before ordering from our suppliers, we put the products through reliability testing in our testing labs. With this concept, we can assure that the design, components, and dependability of the product are up to our standards. Only then, we will place an order with the vendor.

Doing this requires a lot of work, but it pays off because the end-users will get great products. We have our engineering teams and test lab in Shenzhen to ensure us that everything checks out properly.

When you buy from Chinese factories directly, it is doubtful that the above process is followed correctly. This is where we stand out from the rest.

Our Typical QC Process:

1. The qualification process begins by completing audits on-site in the factory. We periodically repeat the audits to ensure that the factory achieves continuous improvement and that the agreement on the quality and inspection standard is followed closely.

2. Before any purchase order submittal, we complete a comprehensive review of the product based on sample build analysis, components used, mechanical design, and other important factors.
